Cancellation + Return
We understand that it is a very important decision to order a wedding dress for your wedding, and our cancellation policy was formulated with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our wedding dresses are made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. Please be informed that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. For details, please refer to our cancellation terms below.
- Orders cancelled within 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled between 48 hours to 96 hours after the payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping costs and 50% of the wedding dress order price.

Although we aim to have all of our wedding dress shipments go impeccably, we have a return policy just in case the almost impossible, rare occasion arises. In the rare case where there is anything wrong with your wedding dress, please contact us to initiate the return process within 3 days upon receiving your item(s). As all of our wedding dresses are made to measure and we will inspect all merchandises before shipment to ensure the right item is sent without any defects. We can only provide full refund for a mis-shipped dress upon verifying that the dress was genuinely misplaced. In the rare case that things do go wrong, please contact us immediately if there is any defective and damage happened.
